By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.


Shipping Time

While we strive to process and ship all orders promptly, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or extended delivery times in international destinations.

International Customs Fees

Customs duties, taxes, and any other additional charges related to international shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about potential fees before placing an order. We do not cover or refund any additional customs charges incurred during shipment.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, the package may be held or abandoned. In such cases, we cannot provide refunds or assume responsibility for the handling of abandoned shipments.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.


Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they have been shipped or produced for a full refund. Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Do not return the item to the manufacturer or our transit station.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as it may take additional time for the transaction to be posted.
